Celebrating their 79th year, the 3000 capacity Civic Hall and its smaller 1134 capacity sister venue the Wulfrun Hall are a major hub for live entertainment in Wolverhampton and the Black Country.
The halls have been undergoing phase one of a major refurbishment this year but they have temporarily re-opened from 20 October 2017 until 2 January 2018 to accommodate the return of the Grand Slam of Darts tournament, along with a packed programme of great events in both rooms.
City of Wolverhampton's historic Civic Halls are currently undergoing a £38 million overhaul to ensure they remain the jewels in the crown of the region's entertainment business.
Expect to see the biggest names in pop and rock, TV's top comedians, plus established and emerging stars from all genres of music and comedy. Throw in world-renown circuses, the biggest names in world darts and championship boxing plus the UK's most popular psychic mediums.
Accessibility information:
Access to the Civic Hall is gained through our front doors, which are up a couple of steps, however, if alternative access is needed, there is door with ramped access to the far left of the front doors, where staff will be happy to help you.
The Civic Hall is accessible on all public levels to wheelchair users. With a lift providing access to the balcony viewing areas and balcony bars.
Toilets
Disabled toilets are situated on the corridor to the right of the building at ground level, and on the right balcony near to the stage, just past the bar.
A radar key system is in operation, for those customers without a key, please feel free to contact any member of staff, who will be happy to arrange for toilets to be opened for your use.
There is a hearing loop installed in the Civic Hall. Please consult box office staff when purchasing your tickets, as they will be able to seat you nearest to the loop. Once in the venue, please switch your
