Tim Burgess
As one of the most recognized artists of the past three decades, Tim Burgess is best known for his work with indie legends The Charlatans. This summer he embarks on an intimate solo tour across the UK – including dates at Nottingham’s Rescue Rooms, Bristol’s Thekla and London’s Oslo – in support of forthcoming new record, I Love the New Sky.
He has just released the latest single from the record in the form of Empathy For The Devil and talks of the new album, saying “I wrote everything on acoustic guitar – the guitar lines would lead the melody, and the melody would inform the lyrics – just dreaming away with music.”

Tim Montana
Referring to himself as a “father, husband, musician, professional hell raiser, with a PHD in partying,” Tim Montana returns to the UK for headline shows at Thekla and Rescue Rooms in July. His latest single, Bury Me By the Bonfire, was released in January and Montana says “this song embodies what I love doing and always have – sitting around a bonfire with friend, which is exactly how this song began.”
Montana’s sound, specifically This Beard Came Here to Party, has been adopted by both the Boston Red Sox and the Nashville Predators in recent years.

Bad Religion
Los Angeles punk rock outfit Bad Religion head to Rock City this summer in support of latest record, Age Of Unreason. With more than 15 records in their 40 year career, the band have continuously kept their sound fresh – their aforementioned latest record was given a 9/10 rating by Punk News who referred to it as “shockingly out of the norm for Bad Religion” whilst simultaneously containing “plenty of classic style, with plenty of the normal fare of Graffin showing off his singing skills.”
