Here at alt. tickets we pride ourselves on not only supporting live music, but immersing ourselves in it. Everyone here has a rich history of live music and could talk for days about when they first caught a now household name in a tiny venue, or how they were part of one of the most iconic performances of all time – for example, our Ticketing Operations Manager Tina will tell you that her favourite ever gig is The Verve at Wigan’s Haigh Hall.
Not defined by one genre, each of us are passionate about a different strand of music. While our Data Marketing Manager Tom wishes that a festival would put pop sensations Lizzo, Robyn and Lorde and the top of the bill, our Customer Service Assistant Emma would rather see rock icons Kings of Leon and Foo Fighters up there alongside a brilliant live performance from P!NK.
We are always focused on developing alt. tickets and making the customer journey as seamlessly smooth as possible as well as offering more than simply providing tickets to the customer experience. Our various blogs are updated regularly, and although our Marketing Assistant Callum considers alt-rock legends The National his favourite artist, he will be scouring the internet for brand new music every week for our popular New Music Friday guide.

Tina
Role: Ticketing Operations Manager
Tina is the driving force behind alt. tickets and oversees all the work carried out by the team. Joining the team back in January 2015, Tina’s mission is to make alt. the most customer friendly platform possible.

Tom
Role: Data Marketing Manager
Tom looks after the development of alt. tickets and is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to provide live music lovers with a smooth journey from the point of purchase through to the day of the show. Alongside this, Tom’s incredible musical and industry knowledge allows him to know the best way to execute campaigns for both grassroots and worldwide artists across the alt. tickets brand.

Emma
Role: Customer Service Assistant

Callum
