Venue Information:

The Thekla is Bristol’s only music venue and nightclub on a boat! From toe-tapping live Americana to the downright dirtiest dubstep this side of London and everything in-between, we have all your musical needs covered. We play host to the cream of the city’s weekly club nights as well as national and international touring live acts every week. Welcome aboard.

Please Note:

The boat itself does not have a box office on board so you can't buy advance tickets directly through the venue; you can however pay on the door - providing the gig hasn't sold out.

Age Restriction:

The venue operates a strict 18+ policy, unless otherwise stated as a 14+ event. ID will be required upon entry for all 18+ shows - either Passport or Photo Driving Licence will be fine.

To arrange an essential companion ticket, please book a standard entry ticket and then email proof of eligibility through to access@alttickets.com. Any of the below are accepted, in addition we will review an application without these forms of evidence on a case-by-case basis.

Important Information

So that all fans can enjoy this live moment in the room, Kae respectfully requests you keep your phone in your pocket/coat/bag during the show.

1. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters. This ticket must be surrendered to the promoters upon request.

2. Your ticket/s are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by business or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.

3. Your ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE unless the sale is through the Artist’s official re-sale channels as advertised, Twickets, or ticket agent fan to fan exchange (where applicable). Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
