Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

• alt. tickets gift certificates can only be used to buy tickets online at alttickets.com.
• Gift Certificates are activated at the time of purchase and expire 24 months after activation. Once 24 months has passed any balance on the card is forfeited.
• If a gift certificate is lost or stolen the balance will be lost. You should treat your gift certificate code as if it were cash.
• If the full value of the gift certificate is not used, the remainder will be left on the gift certificate to be spent on your next order (using the same code)
• If the order value exceeds the balance of the gift certificate, the remainder must be paid by credit or debit card.
• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are strictly non-refundable.
• Gift certificates are only available to buy in GBP and can only be redeemed on events that are sold in GBP
• All gift certificate purchases are subject to alt. tickets' regular terms and conditions
• Only one gift certificate can be applied per order.
• Gift certificates cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
• Gift certificates cannot be applied to orders for Ed Sheeran's 2019 ticketless tour.
• alt. tickets may void gift certificates, or refuse transactions if we suspect they are being used fraudulently, or in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
